Under the National Employment Standards (NES), full-time and part-time employees in Australia accrue four weeks of paid annual leave each year, building up progressively as you work. Part-time leave is pro-rata to the hours you work. Casual employees do not accrue paid annual leave โ they receive casual loading instead.
